Tracey S. Hughes, AICP, GISP
Legal Assistant
Tracey's professional career began in Steamboat Springs in 1997 with the City Planning Department. She played a key role in working with the community, developers, and homeowners to understand and navigate land use rules and regulations during one of the most robust periods of development that our town has experienced to date. Tracey earned her professional planning certification in 2002 and is a proud member of the American Institute of Certified Planners. Since her time in the Planning Department, Tracey has gone on to earn her certification as a Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP). Her understanding of the myriad issues involved with land use and community development brings a unique perspective to her spatial work.
