Jill A. Brabec, Esq.

Jill started her career in politics in Washington D.C. working for the National Association of Realtors before making her home in Steamboat Springs. Her strengths and expertise are advocating and negotiating for clients, whether it is zoning and entitlements or complex financing and contract drafting for residential, commercial or development deals. Jill represents a wide array of clients, including developers and owners associations, offering legal guidance on a variety of issues related to resort real estate and business. She particularly enjoys working with individuals and companies as they start or acquire new businesses or grow existing businesses - including advising and representing clients with entity formations, business purchase and sales, partnership terminations and reorganizations, and growth and ongoing operation issues. Jill also spends a great deal of time working with HOAs on governance and legal questions. As part of her practice, Jill also enjoys working closely with individuals to draft wills, trusts, medical directives and other estate planning documents, as well as administering trusts and probate estates.

When not working, Jill escapes to the rivers and mountains of Colorado and spends time with her family kayaking, paddle-boarding and rafting in the summer and telemark skiing and snowboarding in the winter.
